**COVID UPDATE**
Unless the mistake is ours, we will not be accepting returns at this time. This is to ensure that our store stays free of any outside contaminants. We apologize for the inconvenience.


OUR IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Fine Fettle is committed to providing quality products to our customers.
For any product that has a quality issue or defect prior to its expiry date or date of purchase, we are happy to provide a full refund of the product based on the value on the receipt. This means if there are any discounts on the item, the discounted price is the refunded amount. The receipt or transaction number must be provided in order to receive a refund.

General Rule:

Eligible:
Products that have a quality issue prior to expiration date or date of purchase that have a receipt or transaction number provided are eligible for full refund according to price on receipt.

Unopened products that are returned within the acceptable window and have the receipt or transaction number provided get a full refund according to the price on the receipt.

Opened products (other then essential oils or house and home products) that have the receipt of transaction number provided and are returned within the specified window are eligible for instore credit after completion of Request for Reimbursement form.

Not Eligible (unless quality issue prior to expiration date):

Frozen, Bulk, Gift Cards, opened Essential Oils, opened house and home, products not returned within the window specified, products that expire within the windows specified, special orders, inefficacy of the product for uses not clearly stated on the bottle (For example, a joint care product cannot be returned because it didn’t help with sleep), products that do not have a provided receipt or transaction number.

 

Supplements
Unopened, shelf-stable supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt for a full refund based on receipt value. This does not apply to all sale items or items which will expire within 6 months of return date.

Opened supplements may be eligible for instore credit upon completion and submission of a Request for Reimbursement form. The reason for return cannot be due to inefficacy of the product for uses not clearly stated on the bottle. For example, a joint care product cannot be returned because it didn’t help with sleep.

Refrigerated probiotics must be returned the day after purchase at the very latest. Due to the nature of probiotics, we cannot guarantee that quality has been maintained while they are in someone else’s possession.

Special orders are not eligible for return unless the product is defective. This only applies to products that we do not normally carry.

Foods
Unopened, shelf-stable food products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt for a full refund. This does not apply to all sale items or items which will expire within 14 days of return date.

Frozen food products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Bulk items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Skin Care Products (including essential oils)
Unopened skin care products and essential oils may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt for a full refund. This does not apply to all sale items or items which will expire within 6 months of return date.

Opened skin care products may be eligible for instore credit upon completion and submission of a Request for Reimbursement form.

Opened Essential oils are not eligible for return, unless the bottle itself is defective. Essential oils should always be diluted before use, and they should always be patch-tested on skin before using them over the whole body.

House and home products: (reusable straws, cleaning products, toothbrushes etc)
Unopened house and home products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt for a full refund at price on receipt. This does not apply to all sale items or items which will expire within 6 months of return date.

Opened or used House and Home products are not eligible for refund unless defective prior to purchase.

Diffusers
Unopened diffusers may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt for a full refund. This does not apply to all sale items.
Opened or used diffusers can only be returned within 30 days if defective for instore credit with receipt upon completion and submission of a Request for Reimbursement form at price on receipt. If past the 30 days, there is a 1-800 number on the bottom of the NOW diffusers that is to be called to receive help trouble shooting or to get replacement parts.
